The Magic Hat Reward System
The Magic Hat Reward System is built on positive reinforcement. It encourages good choices through magical surprises, playful learning, and memorable moments.
During the Halloween season, kids earn magical rewards such as Boo Bux (the Witch’s money), Magic Minutes (trick-or-treating time tokens), and Spooky Specials (fun coupons) for spreading positivity and making good choices. On Halloween, they can redeem their time tokens for trick-or-treating fun. If your kids are ready to learn about the concept of money or you want to introduce it in a playful way, Boo Bux makes learning about saving and spending both magical and fun.
Boo Bux are magical Halloween money that kids can earn for positive behaviour like helping out, being kind, or showing courage. Think of them as the currency of the season! Kids collect Boo Bux throughout October and trade them for Spooky Specials or Magic Minutes on Halloween. The Magic Hat Reward System was designed with flexibility in mind; Boo Bux are optional and work best if your kids already understand money or if you want to introduce saving and spending in a fun, magical way.
Spooky Specials are fun coupons that kids can earn for positive behaviour during the season. Only on Halloween night can they purchase more Spooky Specials using Boo Bux.

Enchanted Earnables are special badges that celebrate positive growth and soft skills like kindness, bravery and positivity.
There are 6 badges to collect, each representing a magical milestone your child has achieved during the Halloween season.
They cannot be bought with Boo Bux. They must be earned.

Magic Minutes are time-based trick-or-treating tokens that are earned over the season or purchased with Boo Bux on Halloween. Magic Minutes let kids earn their Trick-or-Treating time, giving them a sense of accomplishment and pride.
The Grand Finale: Halloween Night!
On Halloween night, if Boo Bux were collected, kids get to trade the magical money they’ve earned for::
